Spend the afternoon at Gatorland and enjoy free time exploring on your own! With your admission ticket, you’ll get unlimited access to all of the animal exhibits, one-of-a-kind reptile shows, a petting zoo, a bird aviary, educational wildlife programs, train rides, and a gift shop featuring a unique selection of local souvenirs.

Go on a nature walk, cross over Florida’s most famous swamps, and check out the alligator and crocodile breeding marsh from the observation tower. How long do orders take to process?

Orders typically take 1-2 Business Days to process. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been received. A final confirmation will be sent with your ticket voucher once the booking is confirmed.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Most of the activities on our website can be changed or canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure date. However, a select few are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please refer to the Ticket Details, or contact us for questions regarding a specific activity.

Do I need to bring a photo ID?

Yes. The person who placed the order must be present on the day of the activity. The credit card holder is required to show a valid photo ID and a matching ticket voucher. Otherwise, entry will not be permitted.

Can I book a trip for someone else?

If you would like to book a trip for someone and you will not be present on the day of the activity, you must submit a Credit Card Authorization Form and a copy of your valid photo ID and credit card for verification.

What if I need help on the day of my trip?

If you need help on the day of your scheduled activity, or you need to contact the ticket vendor for any reason, please contact the phone number listed on your ticket voucher.
