ICON Park is home to International Drive’s new $250 million dining and entertainment complex. Your ticket gives you admission to THREE (3) attractions. This includes The Wheel, aka The Orlando Eye at ICON Park, Madame Tussauds Orlando, and SEA LIFE Orlando Aquarium. On average, guests spend 60-90 minutes at each attraction.

Soar 400 feet into the sky on The Orlando Eye at ICON Park, one of the tallest observation wheels in North America. Take an aerial journey above Central Florida and enjoy breathtaking panoramic views all within the comfort of an air-conditioned capsule. How long do orders take to process?

Orders typically take 1-2 Business Days to process. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been received. A final confirmation will be sent with your ticket voucher once the booking is confirmed.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Most of the activities on our website can be changed or canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure date. However, a select few are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please refer to the Ticket Details, or contact us for questions regarding a specific activity.

Do I need to bring a photo ID?

Yes. The person who placed the order must be present on the day of the activity. The credit card holder is required to show a valid photo ID and a matching ticket voucher. Otherwise, entry will not be permitted.

Can I book a trip for someone else?

If you would like to book a trip for someone and you will not be present on the day of the activity, you must submit a Credit Card Authorization Form and a copy of your valid photo ID and credit card for verification.

What if I need help on the day of my trip?

If you need help on the day of your scheduled activity, or you need to contact the ticket vendor for any reason, please contact the phone number listed on your ticket voucher.
