We depart Bodu00f8 and head south to the east of Sandhornu00f8ya where we will be between the island and mainland on the way to Beiarfjorden

We pass under the bridge and start to enter Beiarfjorden. This fjord is known for leisure fishing and unique geological formations. We will manouver through the narrow passage to come to the end of the fjord. During the winter the fjord can freeze over partially.

If time allowes, we will pass by Saltfjorden and Saltstraumen on the way back, the worlds' strongest tidal current.
