- We start with a welcome, recommendations and indications to our travelers.n- We continue to the cocoa plantations, where we will demonstrate the entire process from planting, care and harvesting of cocoa.nDuration of approximately 2 hours.nn- We will go to the artisan chocolate elaboration area where we will learn about the fermentation, roasting, grinding and tasting.nDuration of 30 minutes approximately.nn- We continue to the chocolate factory, where the chocolate bars are made; we learn about the whole process for the elaboration of the chocolate bar, the tourist elaborates his own bar with dehydrated fruits.nDuration of approximately 30 minutes.nn- Then we go to the restaurant area where we will taste a three-course menu.nDuration of approximately 1 hour
