   Your unforgettable journey through Kashmir kicks off in Srinagar. Pure beauty awaits you as you venture through Srinagar, the largest city of Jammu and Kashmir. It lies in the heart of the Kashmir valley, at an altitude of 1585 m (5200 feet) above sea level, on the banks of Jhelum River, the Dal and Nagin lakes.nnUpon arrival into Srinagar Airport, you will meet our warm and friendly representative followed by a transfer to the Hotel for Check in. Later visit Asia's Largest Tulip Garden, the Mughal Gardens including Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Bagh, Chashme Shahi & Pari Mahal. A pleasurable Shikara Boat Ride awaits you in the evening.

   This morning, enjoy an early breakfast before embarking on a 2.5hr drive to Sonamarg. Situated at an altitude of 2730 m, Sonamarg, also known as u201cThe Meadow of Goldu201d has snowy mountains in the background against a cerulean sky. The Sindh River which meanders through the valley is abundant with trout and Mahseer. Ponies can be hired for the trip up to Thajiwas Glacier, which is a major local attraction during the summer months. Return back to Srinagar.

   Post Breakfast we proceed to Pahalgam, also called as u201cValley of Shepherdsu201d situated at the confluence of the streams flowing from Sheshnag Lake and the Lidder River, Pahalgam (2,130 m) was once a humble shepherd's Village with breathtaking views. Now it is Kashmir's premier resort, cool even during the height of summer when the maximum temperature does not exceed 25C. Hire a pony rides across these beautiful pinewoods to a place known here among tourists as Mini-Switzerland(Baisaran) or you can proceed for sightseeing of Pahalgam visiting Betaab valley and Aru valley by local taxi. Overnight at hotel in Srinagar.

   After breakfast, enjoy yet another scenic 1.5 hrs drive to Gulmarg followed by an unforgettable ride in the Gondola Cable Car. Your visit to Kashmir is not complete without this ride. Enjoy the mesmerizing, jaw dropping views all around in Asiau2019s longest and highest ski lift, which allows a downhill ski run of 5.2 km from a height of 14,000 ftu00a0 in the Apharwat range.
