Learn to Cook Mayan Style & Make Your Own Chocolate Bar

The experience begins with learning to cook a meal the Mayan way on a fire hearth. You will learn how to make tortillas and tamales from scratch in a real Mayan kitchen. Take advantage of the experience to ask lots of questions about how the Mayans live, work, raise their families while you are preparing your lunch.
