Once you have booked you will receive a confirmation and our Driver will meet you at the arrivals area where they will escort you to your vehicle. You will be then be driven to your destination. You can also book for your return trip back to Lombok Airport as well as we operate in both directions.

Every Airport pickup included 1,5 hours waiting time started from the flight landed time. Example your schedule to arrive at 1:00 PM but the flight delay for 30 minutes and its actually landed at 1:30 PM, so we will start the waiting time from 1:30 PM for 1,5 hours.nu2022 Please make sure your phone is active and able to make a call, or connect your phone to internet in Lombok Airport and have WhatsApp application installed, this will make it easier for us to contact you and you contact us in case you need longer than 1,5 hours waiting time.nu2022 After you have collected your luggage, please proceed to arrival hall where you will be met by our Driver who will be holding a sign with the lead passengers name.

- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
- Confirmation will be received at time of booking
- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of one suitcase and one carry-on bag.
- You must advise at the time of booking if you will be carrying any additional or oversize luggage items such as wheelchair, stroller, surfboards, & golf clubs.
- Extra charges will apply and must be paid locally.
- Price is per person, maximum 4 adults based on 1 vehicle.
- Important information on arrival : the clients have to proceed to the exit to the Arrival hall after collecting the luggage In the event of couldn't find their name on the signage, please proceed and wait at THE FLIGHT INFORMATION DESK, our airport representative will meet them at the meeting point. Please do not accept any offer from the local taxi driver or legal transport company around the arrival hall. Once, the clients accepted the offer there will be NO REFUND For this Private Transfer, we advise you to call or Whatsapp the Local transport representative if you could not meet with the transfer assistance at remote airports or busy hours maximum 90 minutes after your exact pick up time before leaving the Airport/Port/Residence. Otherwise your transfer may counted as No Show of yours and refund may not apply (Non Refundable).
