Manuel Antonio Local Cooking Class with Botanical Garden Tour

This is more than a cooking class, we will show you a large botanical garden, a vanilla plantation, a cacao plantation, sugarcane mill and of course the cooking class with the locals. We will start with a lovely short hike is out properly to learn about the ingredients and history of our culinary culture with special focus on the medical herbs garden.

We then continue to our local home where we will explain step by step the cutting, dressing, mixing and cooking techniques used in Costa Rica to make delicious meals.
