Meet at 233 14th Street, one block west of Ocean Drive between Washington Avenue and Collins Avenue. After training, your guide leads you toward Star Island and the bay, with Ocean Drive and Casa Casuarina along the way. First-time riders are welcome.

- Participants must weigh at least 100 lbs. (45 kg) and no more than 260 lbs. (117 kg). They also need to be in good health.
