If you have paid to park, you are not in the correct parking lot. Our parking is right next to the dock for easy loading and unloading.nnRestrictionsnu25cf Pontoon Boats cannot go into the Gulf of Mexico & the East Pass. Rental equipment is to be used in Choctawhatchee Bay, Santa Rosa Sound, and Inland Bayouu2019s & Waterways of Okaloosa County, only.nu25cf Boats cannot be used as a shuttle.nu25cf Those who were born on or after Jan. 1, 1988 can operate the boat but are required to take a Florida Boaters Test. If you were born before Jan 1, 1988 you do not need this license. We recommend you taking this ahead of time, otherwise you could miss your departure time. nnu25cf The person who drives the pontoon boat must be at LEAST 21 years old, have a VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE & credit card.nu25cf During this rental you will be responsible for captaining your own boat and must have the experience and/or skill to do so.nu25cf Glass bottles or similar items are strictly prohibited on the boat.nu25cf Silly string is prohibited.nu25cf BBQ Grills are prohibited.nu25cf Towables are prohibited.nu25cf Generators are prohibited.nnAdditional Informationnu25cf Your Driver must be proficient in English for instructions and communicating with Law Enforcement.nu25cf Customers are recommended to bring towels, coolers with food & drinks, suntan lotion, water toys, and sunglasses.nu25cf If you have any kids under 6, we have complimentary usage of life jackets for them.nu25cf All boats are furnished with U.S. Coast Guard approved Life jackets for everyone & any other required safety equipment.nu25cf If you don't know the waterways, a map of the waterway to help guide you through your trip is provided.nu25cf Pets are allowed on our vessels.nu25cf If the weather is unfavorable for boating, the trip will be rescheduled for another time or day. If the customer demands cannot be met, a refund will be issued for the full amount.nu25cf If you are forced to return early due to weather or dangerous water conditions while boating, the price can be prorated accordingly.nu25cf Late fees may be assessed for late return of the equipment. Please arrive back on time. There is potentially another appointment after your appointment. If you depart later than your scheduled departure time, it will shorten your duration of your paid time.
