Spend 3u20134 hours enjoying the crystal-clear shallow water, swimming, relaxing. On the return, enjoy another scenic cruise past Miami's skyline before heading back to Chamonix Marina. If time permits, the captain may make a brief pass by Marine Stadium, but Nixon Sandbar is the primary destination.nn8 HoursnOption 2 u2013 Marine Stadium ExperiencenEnjoy an extended sightseeing cruise through the Miami River, Brickell, Downtown Miami, and Star Island, then anchor at Marine Stadium. Here you'll have plenty of time to swim, ride the jet skis, sunbathe, relax in the water, enjoy food and drinks, and take in the beautiful surroundings without feeling rushed. This is our most relaxing itinerary and is perfect if you'd like to maximize your time on the water while still enjoying a scenic city tour. nnIMPORTANT BOOKING POLICESnnPunctuality is mandatory. Late arrivals do not extend the charter time. Any time lost due to tardiness is forfeited.nnJet Skis are reserved in advance. If guests arrive late and there is not enough time to use the Jet Skis, no refund will be issued. The Jet Ski cost is lost, as they are pre-booked exclusively for your charter.nnFlorida law requires all jet ski operators born on or after January 1, 1988, to complete a Boating Safety Test ($13.99) before operating a jet ski.nnFuel and crew fees must be paid in full, even if the full charter time is not used due to late arrival. These costs are fixed and incurred regardless of usage.nnNo-shows are non-refundable. If guests fail to arrive or do not show up for their booking, no refunds will be issued, as the funds are used to cover operational expenses, crew, marina, and reserved services.nnAll guests must follow captain and crew safety instructions at all times.nnBoat rules apply strictly (maximum capacity, prohibited items, and onboard conduct).nnBy booking, guests acknowledge and agree to these policies.
