Of course we will drive through the most famous spot Ocean Drive with the Versace Mansion before we cross McArthur Causeway to Downtown Miami.

   This Italian Renaissance Villa with Baroque influences and South Floridau2019s tropical charm is a breathtaking testament to Miamiu2019s history, art, and architectural grandeur.nOur visit will give us a Glimpse into Miamiu2019s Gilded Age.nThe main house, completed in 1916, boasts 34 elaborately decorated rooms, filled with antique furnishings, intricate tapestries, and art pieces sourced from across Europe, transports visitors to another era.nThe gardens are a masterpiece of landscape design with many Marble statues, serene fountains and hidden grottos surrounded by neatly manicured hedges in lush, tropical setting.nToday, Vizcaya serves as a museum, offering visitors a glimpse into Miamiu2019s Gilded Age, and early cultural heritage and hosts art exhibitions and special events. The museum honors the Cuban exiles who fought to overthrow Fidel Castrou2019s communist regime. nThe museum houses a collection of historical artifacts, photographs, and personal testimonies from the veterans of Brigade 2506.nBeyond documenting the invasion itself, the museum also explores Cuban-American history, the struggle for democracy, and the impact of the event on U.S.-Cuba relations.
