Our tour starts here. You'll hear the story of the hold house and it's ghosts. Originally built in 1716 this is the oldest surviving wooden building in St. Augustine and has seen its fair share of history. nnOver the centuries its walls have been the barracks for British soldiers, a school for the youth of and the home of Juan Genopoly, a leader of the Minorcans. nnAnd their ghosts have decided to stick around. nnWe do not go inside, it's only on the outside we tell our story.

The old city gates of St. Augustine were built in 1808 replacing the deteriorating wooden structure. Standing 3 stories high they are a popular tourist attraction. nnOver the centuries the old gates have kept the inhabitants of the city safe from invasion.nnAnd local legend has it they are haunted by the soul of 10-year-old Elizabeth.

In 1821 when the yellow fever hit St. Augustine it killed over 400 of its residents. At the time that was more than one third of its population. nnIn a haste the local government buried the rotting corpses of the Huguenotu2019s in a mass grave. nnYou'll hear the story of the haunted burial ground and the spirits that now lurk it's grounds.

Potteru2019s Wax Museum was the first wax museum in America established in 1948 and houses 160 plus creepy wax sculptures. Many of characters have long passed. nnThe wooden building itu2019s housed in was built in 1739 and moved to this location in 1887. Before it was a wax museum it was a pharmacy, and said to be the oldest pharmacy in the US. nnAnd it's haunted!

The Tolomato cemetery is the oldest burial ground in Florida dating back to the 1700u2019s and today itu2019s the final resting place to bishops, slaves, murders and over 1000 bodies lay interned in its soil. You'll hear the story of the boy that haunts it's grounds and see his headstone. To note, we do not go in the cemetery, we are only at the gate.
