Must be 25 years or older to rent.
All boat operators must be at least 21 years old and present a valid driver’s license.
Operators born on or after January 1, 1988 must possess a Florida/NASBLA-approved Boater Safety Card.
If an eligible operator does not have a boater safety card, they will be required to watch a safety video before departure.
Rental includes one full tank of fuel. Additional fuel, if needed, must be purchased at a local fuel dock.
Boats must remain within the designated operating boundaries.
Harassing wildlife, including manatees, is strictly prohibited.
A valid Florida fishing license is required if you plan to fish.
At least one qualified operator must remain aboard if passengers are swimming, and all renters are responsible for any damages to the vessel.
Passenger count may not exceed 4 people, and children count toward the total passenger limit.
