   All renters must have proficient boating skills, you are responsible for any damages. No beginners.nn**Scalloping in the Gulf u2013 u201cExpert level renters onlyu201d. You must know the area as shallow rocky areas are on the way to the scalloping fields. Operators must be proficient with boats and boats OFTEN. Make sure any of your passengers who enter the water are proficient swimmers. At least one person capable of operating the boat should stay on board while swimmers are in the water. Maintain a good lookout and keep passengers from drifting too far from the boat. nnGlide across sparkling waters as you enjoy the beauty of the Crystal River Preserve. From Kings Bay to Shell Island, there is no better way to experience Crystal River than by boat, and as the captain, you decide the itinerary!nAll renters must have proficient boating skills, you are responsible for any damages. No beginners. 6 People maximum on boatnnCRP Adventures Rentals are All-Inclusive!nOur modern pontoon boats come with all US Coast Guard and state-required safety equipment.nA full tank of fuel is included in the rental price, as are maps of the area, operator training review, and plenty of complimentary advice concerning the best spots to visit and sights to see. You will leave the dock with everything ready for a relaxing day on the water!nPoliciesnMust be 25 to rent and 21 to operate.nOperators born on or after January 1, 1988 must have a Florida/NASBLA-approved Boater's Safety card.nThe boat must operate within defined boundaries.nRental price includes 1 tank of fuel. If additional fuel is needed, it must be purchased at a local fuel dock.nAll boats must be in by 12PM or 5PM (depending on start time) or late fees will be assessed at $100/hour late.nHarassing any wildlife (including Manatees) is strictly prohibited.nAppropriate fishing license are required to fish.nProhibited items:nPetsnAlcoholnFireworksnTowable Tubes
